Stand straight against a wall and measure from the top of your head to the floor.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.

Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the back.

Measure from the base of the neck to the waist level at center back.

Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist bone with the arm slightly bent. This is the full sleeve length.

Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.

Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.

Measure around your wrist bone.

Measure from the high point shoulder vertically down to 1-2 inches below the armpit. This determines how high the armhole sits.

The vertical distance the front shoulder point sits below the back shoulder point.
